Cellar Cooling vs. Air Conditioning

Cellars can be used to store many items, but they can be damp and have poor air circulation. Whether you have a basic need to regulate the climate, a wine collection at home or you are a business storing beer, flowers, dairy, fresh produce or soft drinks, a cellar cooling system can maintain the optimum temperature and humidity conditions.

Cellar cooling systems are ideal for businesses such as clubs, pubs, hotels, restaurants, and bars where it is vital to ensure bottles, kegs and barrels are kept chilled. Standard air conditioning systems are only able to achieve a minimum room temperature of 16 to 18 degrees whereas the ideal temperature for wine storage is 14⁰, and lower for beer and other produce.
